Kiwi Smoothies Recipe

  • 1 c plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 500 gm cake flour
  • 10 gm baking powder
  • 1 banana
  • 6 frozen kiwi
  • 1/5 Tbsp salt



  1. Combine the yogurt, banana, juice, and kiwi for 20 seconds.
  2. Scrape down the sides and blend for an additional 15 seconds.
